What keeps me going at work is the little milestones I accomplish for myself. Since moving into a new role, I have a lot to learn. With these bite-sized and achievable goals, I’m able to see progress and enjoy accomplishments along the way. This motivates me to work harder and continue to do my best at work.
My female role model is my mother because despite how tough things are, she has always kept herself grounded, calm and stays confident that things will eventually sort themselves out.
